In this workshop, you will be introduced into the wonderful world of traditional Japanese stab binding specifically exploring the Yotsume Toji technique. You will learn the fundamentals of crafting your own beautifully bound booklet, having the opportunity to meditatively stitch together, take home the skills and create something truly personal and unique.

No previous experience is required. All materials are provided.

 What we’ll cover:    

  1. How to prepare the textiles and paper for binding
  2. How to stab and bind the paper
  3. How to create the cover
