Join us to discover the art of embroidery in this hands-on workshop, where you’ll explore the meditative practice of crafting intricate designs.

Whether you’re looking to wear your artwork every day or create a thoughtful handmade gift for a friend, this workshop offers a perfect blend of creativity and relaxation.

This class will be taught by Dorothy Wong. Dorothy has taught embroidery workshops in Hong Kong as a meditative art practice and her works have been showcased at “FindersKeepers,” in Copenhagen, Denmark.

You will learn:

  1. Basic embroidery techniques and stitches
  2. How to assemble the embroidered piece into a wearable brooch
  3. (Bonus!) Meditative practice through embroidery

This is a beginner workshop open to all ages and abilities; All materials will be provided.
