About Lora:

My work is an evolution of my life experiences and values.  With a desire to create pieces reflective of the calmness I feel when in nature.  With a mission to live more sustainably I work only with repurposed textiles, prioritizing natural fibers.

From a young age I was drawn to textiles, watching my mom sew.  I earned a Fashion Design Degree at TMU.  Intrigued by the tactile quality of textiles and creating 3D objects. It was learning to basket coil in 2020 that I discovered the craft that fulfilled my needs.

My work is available at Craft Ontario.
