We have made every effort for pages on this site to meet the W3C’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, level AA.

  • All pages on this site validate as XHTML 1.0 Transitional.
  • All pages on this site use valid Cascading Style Sheets, level 3 (CSS3).
Links

The purpose of each link can be determined from the link text alone or from the link text together with its context.

Navigation Aids

Navigational mechanisms that are repeated on web pages occur in the same relative order each time they are repeated.

A link to skip over the navigation is available on each page to aid screen reader users.

Images

All content images used in this site include descriptive alternative text (“alt”) attributes. Purely decorative graphics include null “alt” attributes.

Visual Design

The visual presentation of text and images of text has a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1.

Except for captions and images of text, text can be resized without assistive technology up to 200 percent without loss of content or functionality.

Text is used to convey information rather than images of text.
