Queer Craft Social – Halloween Edition
Let’s get crafty!
Due to popular demand our Queer Craft Social is back with a halloween theme on Wednesday, October 30! Costumes not required but welcomed.
Bring your own craft or feel inspired by our Learning Hub and pick up materials from our Reuse program.
From 5:30-7:30, participants can explore our exhibitions “Gathering” and “Beyond the Vanishing Maya: Voices of a Land in Resistance”, browse Reuse materials, and meet other creatives!
Tickets are sliding scale between $10-$25. All proceeds support the Textile Museum’s programming. Light refreshments will be provided. If this price is a barrier for you, but you’d still like to participate, please email us (clegault@textilemuseum.ca).
This is an all-ages event. The Textile Museum of Canada strives to be a safe place for the 2SLGBTQ+ community. We do not tolerate any forms of harassment or any homophobic, transphobic, racist, sexist, or otherwise oppressive language.
