A group of men are standing with the llamas, taking bags from their backs. People have gathered around remarking on the goods from the mountainous region in the distance, and beyond. As you come nearer you see many bags full of potatoes, some of them very dry looking (they are freeze-dried potatoes); there are also bags of corn, squash and custard apples. Some people have already received these goods in exchange for their fish, salt or cotton.
